Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to dental clinic managers and staff in each Timber Dental location, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the patient experience, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation across all clinics.
- Collaborate with the Chief Dental Officer to ensure clinical excellence, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, and implementing best practices in dental care.
Financial Management:
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including revenue projections, cost management strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Utilize financial data and performance indicators to drive informed decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance programs across all Timber Dental locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety protocols.
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives, such as peer review processes, to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement appropriate measures to address concerns and improve overall service quality.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and teamwork.
- Implement performance evaluation systems, providing feedback, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and team development.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and work-life balance.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, dental professionals, insurance providers, and community partners.
- Act as a representative of Timber Dental at industry events, conferences, and professional forums, promoting the organization's values and expertise.
- Collaborate with external partners to explore opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or Regional Manager, overseeing multiple locations.
- In-depth knowledge of dental clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and familiarity with emerging dental technologies.
- Willingness to travel regularly to the Timber Dental clinic locations.
- Covid Vaccination or approved exemption paperwork required.
